Eric R. Krebs is a trial and appellate attorney specializing in white collar and general criminal defense as well as general litigation cases. He represents individuals and corporations in a broad spectrum of civil and criminal matters. Mr. Krebs practices in federal and state courts in all phases of trial and appellate proceedings. He has briefed and argued cases before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His case roster includes cases involving all aspects of criminal defense from fraud and money laundering cases to computer crime and drug offenses. He also prosecutes and defends a variety of civil matters, including employment, discrimination and fraud cases. He has litigated an array of cases.
Before founding the Law Offices of Eric R. Krebs, Mr. Krebs served as an attorney in the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of California. Mr. Krebs also worked as a Senior Associate Attorney with the law firm of WIlson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he specialized in Securities class action litigation, as well as commercial litigation. Mr. Krebs is a former extern to the Hon. Joseph T. Sneed, III of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Krebs worked for Bank of America and Fireman's Fund Insurance Companies.
Mr. Krebs has taught extensively. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he teaches Legal Writing and Moot Court classes.
